Vista Underwriting Partners, LLC is a full-service Managing General Underwriter of Medical Stop Loss Insurance formed in 2007 by Nick Milligan and Dean O’Toole. We have full authority to underwrite and manage stop loss insurance on behalf of three well regarded stop loss carriers: Companion Life Insurance Company, Pan-American Life Insurance Company, and United States Fire Insurance Company.
